I’m pleased to provide a recommendation for Logix Data Products Inc., of Mississauga.
They provide us with network management, as well as being our internet service provider of choice.
We are a for-hire, truckload carrier, operating 24/7/365, and require IT and connectivity support accordingly, as most of our software is run over the cloud and needs to be accessed round the clock. We cannot provide service to our customers if we are “down” for any reason, and I’m please to say that “off-line” is a condition we simply do not encounter with their service and support.
We are constantly approached by IT providers in our area, and when reviewing comparable programs, find that Logix’s pricing remains competitive and more often than not, best.
We have utilized Logix Data Products’ service since 2003, and do not see that changing in any near future. This fall, we moved ahead with Logix’s fibre internet, and have enjoyed 100% uptime, with no latency issues to report.
I can say if you proceed with Logix as a supplier, your network will operate smoothly without interruption.
