What we are doing to maintain continuity for our customers:
- Although there are no current impacts on our operation, we are monitoring our network and systems very carefully and have existing emergency response plans in place to mitigate any impacts and manage the increased demand for enhanced capacity.
- To ensure continuity for our customers, we’re reminding clients of our “work-from-home options” equipping clients and team members with tools to work remotely so they can stay fully connected, and continue to support our customers on a prioritized basis.
What we are doing to protect our staff & guests:
- As a provider of essential services, we are fortunate to have a group of exceptionally committed team members who continue to provide support and continuity to our customers. LOGIX has adopted all recommended safety precautions and has transitioned our team to work from home using the same solutions that we are recommending to our clients and partners.
- To protect yourself and others, we ask that anyone who is feeling unwell refrain from visiting us so that together we can ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
This is a fast-moving situation, and no service provider can claim that it is “business as usual”. We take pride in being able to step up to serve and advise our clients through the current challenges. For over 30 years, LOGIX has been supporting our customers’ business communication and IT needs.
